1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Money Scanner AI app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Money Scanner AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock Premium AI features:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings using the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. End-User License Agreement

You may not copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.

4. Liability

While we strive for high accuracy using advanced AI, the identifications provided by Money Scanner AI (including values, origins, and rarity) are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Do not rely on the app for binding financial or commercial decisions.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
